Guest Speaker Series: Dyder Smith, “My Life in the South”
The Holland Land Office Museum is proud to announce the next presentation of our 2026 Guest Speaker Series on Friday, February 13th. Oakfield resident, Dyder Smith, will be sharing the perspective of a former slave living in the south. Ms. Smith grew up in the state of Alabama and will be sharing stories from her life and the life her ancestors living in the southern states.
