This month’s trivia will be held in a new location\, at GoART! located at 211 East Main Street in Batavia. Be sure to check out their galleries before and after trivia and enjoy at beverage at Tavern 2.0. This month’s topic is Woodstock\, as we celebrate the music festival that occurred this month in 1969. Admission is $3 per person or $2 for museum members. DESCRIPTION:The Holland Land Office Museum is proud to welcome as its next presenter in its Guest Speaker Series Michael Block on Thursday\, August 18th at 7 pm. Mr. Block’s presentation\, “The Battle of Cedar Mountain” is based upon his book The Carnage was Fearful\, part of the Emerging Civil War Series. He is also a guide of the battlefield and a member of the Friends of Cedar Mountain Battlefield group in Culpeper\, Virginia. Admission is $3 or $2 for museum members.
