This month’s presenter is Tom Tiefel\, Town of Bergen Historian and proprietor of the Bergen Historic Maple Syrup Project. He will be discussing his revitalization of an antique maple syrup operation that ran in Bergen nearly 100 years ago. Admission is free and coffee and donuts will be provided.
